These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RunMedSpa's website at runmedspa.com and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

RunMedSpa provides an AI-powered operations agent for medical spas. Our Service automates back-office tasks including appointment reminders, patient follow-ups, review management, inquiry responses, and content publishing.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading messages through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send communications that violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar regulations

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features of the Service are available on a subscription basis:

• Early access: Waitlist members will be notified when the service launches
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

6. Patient Data

If you use the Service to manage patient communications:

• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your patients
• You must comply with all applicable healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction
• RunMedSpa acts as a service provider processing data on your behalf
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect patient data in transit and at rest

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate and send communications on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed, especially in supervised and shadow modes
• You are ultimately responsible for communications sent through your account
• The AI operates within parameters you configure (tone, approved phrases, escalation rules)
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RunMedSpa. Your content (patient data, business information, customized templates) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (booking systems, email providers, social media, payment processors). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunMedSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
