In shadow mode, you review every message before it sends — just edit or reject it. In autopilot mode, you can override any message from the dashboard. RunMedSpa learns from your feedback, so corrections are rare after the first few days.
How long does shadow mode last?
You control how long shadow mode lasts. Most owners feel confident switching to autopilot after 3-5 days, but you can stay in shadow mode indefinitely if you prefer. You can also enable autopilot for some workflows (like reminders) while keeping shadow mode for others (like review responses).
Will patients know it's automated?
No. Messages are written in your brand voice and sent from your accounts. They look identical to messages you'd write yourself. Patients see your practice name and respond naturally.
What happens if RunMedSpa encounters something unusual?
If RunMedSpa encounters a message it isn't confident about — a complex complaint, a medical question, or anything outside its training — it flags it for your review instead of responding. You always have final say on sensitive situations.
